  1. Automated Journal Replication: We automated the replication of journals from the primary ledger to all secondary ledgers. This innovation simplified and accelerated the client’s finance processes, increasing efficiency and reducing room for error.
  2. Integration Layer Development: We developed new integration layers, replacing existing manual processes with automated feeds for the Property & Casualty (P&C) business. This reduced manual workload and improved data accuracy and speed.
  3. Intra-Group Retrocession Process Automation: For both Life & Health (L&H) and P&C, we created automated feeds for the intra-group retrocession process. This removed an additional manual workflow at a critical time during the quarterly close, increasing productivity and reducing processing time.
  4. Rollout of New Entities, Product Lines, and Business Lines: As the client’s business evolved, we facilitated the rollout of new entities, product lines, and lines of business, ensuring the platform could adapt and grow with their needs.
  5. AAH Platform Upgrade: Our team successfully undertook a major upgrade of the AAH platform, ensuring the client benefited from the latest features and improvements.
  6. GL Transition and CoA Migration: We smoothly transitioned from one tier 1 General Ledger (GL) to another on the live system, including migrating to a new Chart of Accounts. This complex operation was achieved without any interruption to the client’s business activities, demonstrating our team’s expertise and careful planning.
